I keep reading that the board have blocked any move to Spurs, as they're not prepared to sell to our London rival.
Remains to be seen if this is true, but if it is, then thumbs up to them. Brown was only too happy to sell them Defoe, Kanoute and Carrick. |

Difference is LAD, is that this time we have a choice who to sell to.
At the time, I believe they were the only ones seriously in for them 3, willing to pay the cash we wanted. I do like the suggestion that we have said we arent dealing with the cunts though !! |

I disagree. We should be dealing with Spurs.
£4m offer for Bent. Tell em to take it or leave it, and if they really play hard-ball go to £5m. The look on Harry's face at the end of their game yesterday and I reckon it's worth a go! |

Why would we want to pay £4m for a striker thats worth about £1m?

Manchester City have won their battle with Tottenham to sign Craig Bellamy from West Ham. City will pay up to £15m, almost twice the fee the Hammers paid for
Bellamy 18 months ago. (Various)
Bellamy's move to City is the result of a remarkable "gentleman's agreement" between Harry Redknapp and Mark Hughes, which sees City and Hughes dropping out of the race to sign Wilson Palacios, while Spurs and Redknapp have ended their interest in Bellamy. (Various) West Ham will use some of the Craig Bellamy cash to fund a £5m bid for Cardiff midfielder Joe Ledley. (Sun) Hammers boss Gianfranco Zola is also considering Pablo Daniel Osvaldo as a replacement for Bellamy. Osvaldo would cost West Ham £7m from Fiorentina. (Times Craig Bellamy's last act as a West Ham player will be to receive a fine from the club for the way he responded to his impending move. (Daily Telegraph) |

the niave in me would suggest that only loyal players would get a loyalty bonus but this is Premiership football and all involved are greedy cunts so I assume
the Bellany will expect his loyalty bonus as he seems to be one of the biggest of the greediest cunts around.

We could use the Bellamy money from City to buy Palacios...how much would that cunt Harry be twitching wildly on SSN if that happened? Alternatively, just let
the Board take the money and get another "top class" 30+ yrs old Italian striker in on loan.

I'm sure Bellamy will get a good reception when he comes back on 1st March.

And I'm sure it will spur him on to score as many goals as possible...

Sunderland want West Ham's James Collins, a former team-mate of Anton Ferdinand and George McCartney, as a solution to their shortage of fit defenders.

Should we warn them about the Norman landing, or is 30 years a bit early?

On the bonus issue, do scoring bonuses still exist? It's just that these ingrates already get paid gazillions so I'm not sure it would have much effect. |
