Apparently we're in talks with Ben Watson of Palace. Fulham and Middlesbrough have also had bids accepted, and he wants to stay in London.

He's been one to watch for a season or two but not sure if he's any better than what we've already got AND he's ginger.

This twin demand of being grammatically correct, but also treating the forum as if it was a pub, is quite a tall order, innit?
Infact, isn't it an Oximoron (a word I learnt on ITBS)? Is there actually anything wrong with 'spot fucking on', anyway? - I think it works quite well when someone in the pub says "having extra time in 2-leg semi-final ties where away goals count, is so fucking wrong". The lucky lucky cunts - they were completely outplayed for 90 mins last night.

Clack wrote:Exactly and a very good point. But seeing as Moxy is the strongest administrator on both points, plus he thinks you're a twat, do not expect him to conceed that point anytime soon. Also Clack, Harry virtually saying he's giving MUFC the 3 points on Saturday... Are you coming round to my view that he is the biggest managerial cunt in world football? |

But, yes, he is the biggest cunt in football. |

No, an oxymoron would be something along the lines of; Romford Education.

No, he is a box to box midfield type....
Good engine etc. I rekkon he has it in him to step up....may not be better than our starting 4, but certainly is a better option as cover than Bowyer/Quashie et al. |

resources in defence. (Daily Mail)

West Ham are close to agreeing a deal to sign Brescia's Savio Nsereko for a fee that could total £10m after club executives spent the past two days in Italy holding talks. (The Independent) Spurs are ready to revive their interest in West Ham's Carlton Cole after they had an £8m bid for the striker turned down at the beginning of January. (Daily Star) West Ham have been told they will have to double their £4m offer for Cardiff and Wales winger Joe Ledley. (Daily Mail)
West Ham midfielder Jack Collison thinks manager Gianfranco Zola is one of the best players at the club - even at 42. "Some of the things he does in training makes us look silly, to be honest. It's just a joy to watch him out there," said the 20-year-old. (The Sun) |

lol, The Star have Tottenham in for Cole at 8m!? Either that journo is a Spurs fan who naturally hates us at the moment and needs to fill some space, or Harry
is playing silly buggers just to get our backs up after learning that we don't want to deal with Tottenham anymore. 8 MILLION! Do me a lemon.
This Savio geezer... I ain't too keen on the club spending most of the Bellamy money on a little winger from Serie B and someone none of us have ever heard of. Not only that, but we need a pacey striker more than a winger. Isn't it an absolute joke that after all that TV money, the promotions, the cup final and millions upon millions in sales of all those players, that some serie B player could be our first ever signing that perhaps breaks the double figures in millions. Finally this Savio and talk of the Cardiff winger too... I thought Zola didn't like playing with wide men? |
