I don't now feel I have to be an apologist now for not being over the moon when BFS was appointed.  He had a reputation for playing a brand of football, that we all said on here wasn't what we really wanted to watch week in week out.  What I can now appreciate is the change in attitude he has had, both on and off the pitch. Even with us in the Championship, that result last night, and the manner in which we got it will have made a few people sit up and take notice this morning, as it's so not West Ham.  The West Ham I knew and loved would have capitulated and lost after Green had been sent off.  I agree with Monk, Flash and Billy's Mrs regarding this league, but as my mate has pointed out, there's not that much difference between the teams at the top of this one and those at the bottom of the Premiership.  If next season BFS gets us a result like last night at dirty Spurs, or that elusive victory up at Anfield, then I'll be the first to kiss his fat northern butt and throw rose petals onto the pavements of Green Street for him to walk on.
