A silly as it sounds, I think it might simply be because he is very fast. In a team that (perhaps until the transfer window) has lacked any pace, or someone (apart from Faubert?) who can really run at the opposition, he stands out as someone who can offer something different. And different is good...

I feel that he is worth persevering with. 5 goals in 11 starts isn't that bad, is it? Perhaps the new sigings will help him kick on and provide more for him to feed off.

Time will tell but it's a long season and he will be called upon more than he has been of late.
