Moxy - almost one in two games suggests he far from crap at scoring goals, in other games he was played wide right, yet he's a striker, so I lay the blame for his lack of confidence on BFS who for some time played round pegs in square holes. If you look at both chances again, the second was easier but was still from a wide angle and he did the right thing, kept it low and forced the keeper to save, doesn't matter what part of the body he uses its still a save. As for others being cunted off, well that's down to the individual's view of life isn't it? For me none of our other strikers would have made those runs Baldock made, even when Cole came on Maynard seemed to want to drop deep and Cole is hardly a potent threat in front of goal, so not sure why BFS didn't play him further forward.

For me we were too slow and pedestrian first half, Noble in particular was ponderous and we didn't react to either passes or second balls, which made a pretty shit Palace side look like fucking Brazil at times. Second half we pushed on, upped the tempo and looked a far better side and Palace looked the side they really are, which is poor. Cole makes a huge difference in those games where there are two big fuck off centre halves, it was noticeable that when he came on it forced Palace to mark him with two, sometimes three defenders which opens space up for others, we just didn't get the rub yesterday to win the game, but a point is better than nothing, it extends our unbeaten run and still leaves us with the possibility of pulling further clear from Brum and co and 2 points from Southampton. I just hope BFS has learnt the lesson that you need to mix the squad up a bit and give fresh legs a chance.
