We're all experts in the stands, in the pub or sat in front of the TV. He may have done better with a couple of them, yes, but we all know what it's like coming on, adjusting to the pace of game and being sharp in a 1-on-1 scenario so soon after coming on. It's hard getting your feet and shape set right.

What I will say though is that we created pretty much the square root of fuck all until he came on. I didn't see Maynard making many intelligent runs and creating something from nothing through his own work, no matter how poor the service was. I don't see you denying that.

He's a punt, not vastly experienced at this level or a club our size. You need to cut him more slack rather than cunting him off for not being Michael Owen.

You're being very Billy-esque about Baldock and you do yourself no service in doing so.
