Watched it from the telly and it was probably the most boring game I have seen for ages. First half we were set up to play neat and fast and it did not work, we looked like we had no plan to break down a well organised defensive unit when we eventually got the ball. There was no pace in the attacks that we did mount which allowed them to stay compact.

Say what you like about him, but Nolan's one touch approach does get the ball moving and we are a better, more threatening unit with Cole, Diop and Nolan in the side. I did not think that anybody had a particularly good game and Sam was for once out-thought on tactics. Fortunately that is unlikely to happen too often.
