And things like 'improving team spirit' is very difficult to measure and attribute to individuals and I just think it gets him off the hook.

Anyway I'm not judging Nolan until end of the season, I don't think its fair and I'm putting my personal agenda with him on hold. He should though without question be in the team every week and I cannot believe anyone would want Collison, Vaz Te whoever in above him.
