The first link is about the exercise to ensure everyone on disability rights is entitled to them.  People can bleat about the process but that system is savagely abused and needs review to be sustainable.

The second article is about one bloke who is resigning because of an extremely small change to the assessment of who needs (not deserves as he seems to argue) mobility allowance.

The third link is about the fact that not all buses are accessible.  But the majority are which is massive improvement on days gone by so certainly doesn't support an argument for erosion.

On the other hand, the Equality Act 2010 provided new rights relating to access of goods, services, facilities and premises ensuring that the disableds had;

"important rights not to be discriminated against or harassed:
in accessing everyday goods and services like shops, cafes, banks, cinemas and places of worship
in buying or renting land or property
in accessing or becoming a member of a larger private club (25 or more members)
in accessing the functions of public bodies"
