Pointless comment, you cannot be certain of anything. The advances in doping that you are not now or ever going to be privvy to mean you know fuck all. None of us on here do. If Sky have all this money it is totaly naive to think they haven't got the very latest access to 'dope'. For all we know Wiggins could have undergone gene replacement therapy.

Its not impossible, he has just completed a superhuman feat by winning all those tournaments. Its never been achieved before ever. Your telling me thats due to tighter lyrca shorts. He could well be a freak of nature but you cannot say 'for certain the tour is cleaner', more likely its cleverer.

Fact - Pro road cycling has been full of drugs from the outset.
Fact - Drug testing a blood monioring makes it much harder to cheat now and not get caught.  Not impossible but harder.
Fact - The majority of people involved in cycling think it is cleaner than ever.
Fact - Sky did not get into Pro-cycling only to have their name sullied by drug cheating accusations.
Fact - Power outputs have fallen significantly - can you think of a reason why, other than less drugs?

You have to give teams the benefit of the doubt, and Sky, in the current cleaner world of cycling, deserve it more than most.
