That sullivan interview is hugely destructive. It's a massive attack on Sam and he will take it like a sulky child. Rather than the long term good of West Ham he will become even more entrenched in ways, massive self preservation so that his reputation is in tact for his next job.

Sullivan has dug out, the hull game, Carroll and Morrison. The only thing missing is a dig about the poor style of play in pre season. Even the most hardened of managers needs some affirmation, just a smidgen and Sam ain't even getting that.
