As Sullivan is involved in transfers I can´t really see how the Morrison "discussions" is undermining Sam. Isn´t discussions around who to get and who to retain part of his job then?

If he told BFS in public to pick a certain player, then he is undermining BFS. But he isn´t so far.
Come on, Monk's right (or at the very least close).  BFS is the manager.  He might not do the medicals, or be responsible for Carroll's injuries, or the Ravel situation, or Maiga's lack of effectiveness... but he's the boss and ultimately responsible for everything that affects performances.  Having a moan like sullivan did is a massive undermining of BFS, which no manager let alone BFS deserves, and it helps no-one.

Sullivan is implying that a better manager would have spent £10m on a better fitter striker than carroll, found a way to get west ham playing like barca around morrison, is an idiot for not getting anything out of maiga, etc etc.  Not helpful, and almost certainly not right.

I like G and S  but sometimes they do come across like jokes.  Look at their records at Birmingham and West Ham.  From the day they bought until the day they sold (or today in the west ham case) they have turned the two clubs fortunes around.  They clearly know business and the world of football.  But fuck me sometimes they look like jokers who have jumped from running a dildo shop one minute to west ham the next.
