Can't really add much to the more positive posts on this thread. We played reasonably well and the signings all seem to be upgrades on the players that have left. Kouyate was the best player on the pitch.

The Nolan hate is boring. I get people's reasons for not wanting him in the side, he ain't all that, but he's Allardyce's man and you're mental if you're expecting him not to start in this system (which won't change). He didn't have a bad game, seemed to work hard and created our two best chances of the game.
