Kiss of death again was the substitutions, as with the Everton game by putting on that muppet O'Brien, McDonald took Valencia off for Amalfitano. Again it should have been Amalfitano for Nolan who was puffing out of his arse within 10 minutes of the second half. Ginge was indeed off the pitch but was ready to come on however I believe the ref wouldn't allow him to come on hence the absence of height. That said Noble was a bit of a tit the way he didn't defend the post as the header wasn't a bullet in any means.

The thing that irritated me against Everton and agin yesterday was the clear change in tactics to hang on to the 1 - 0 when in fact in both games we were bossing the game and probably would have scored a second until changes meant we spent 30 minutes defending for our lives. There's no way in either game we would have given a goal away had the substitutions been to replace one player with another to do the same job.

That said we were by far the better team over the 90 minutes but failed to kill them off, which is a concern.
