Have to wonder to what extent Jacksons charateristics were driven by his inner demons and to what extent they are a result of only growing up in the most fictitous and unrealistic of situations. Never had a 'normal' upbringing, (and yes I know most of us would say yeah 'but mine was no picnic', but we all still managed to get pissed with mates, get told 'sod off' by people we fancied, watch carry on films and laugh at them. do other seemingly bizarre stuff and then find out somehow it contributed to stuff, do this, do that and end up on some crap message board which according to some has already 'Jacksoned....), and if the table was turned can you imagine how Flash would of have been with similar circumstances?? Thing is Driver that Los Angeles DA (or whatever) made it his life's purpose to discredit Jackson ... More a case of mud sticks possibly ? I think his big
mistake may have been that first pay off, although there was a lot of dodgy looking evidence admittedly.
I know he was a great entertainer ... I don't know for sure about the rest of it. It's sad either way.

Strange one this. Normally im the first to not care, but having grown up with his music, it is a little sad.
I dont believe all the kiddie fiddling accusations. I think he was too trusting a person who was taken for a ride by people willing to use their kids as a springboard to money. A soft and easy target. I would think he had mental issues rather than sexual ones. But, there is no point in arguing it really, you find people in both camps on this one. |
