would have thought that Wigga (white nigger) is probably racist due to the fact that it is used as a derogatory term to describe a white kid acting like a black man. Similarly, calling a black bloke Uncle Tom is basically saying the fella is the compliant slave (ie your bitch / dogsbody / gofor).
